1. All sales are final. No requests for changes, refunds or cancellations are accepted. Tickets to Pioneer Events cannot be resold. The Pioneer Center is under exclusive contract with TicketSage for all ticket sales, any tickets bought through or from any other ticketing entities are not valid and admission will not be granted to the purchaser. The Pioneer Center is a 501 c3 non-profit, governed by the rules as set forth by the Governments of the State of Nevada and the United States.
2. No tickets will be mailed outside of Northern Nevada or Northern California. If your tickets are to be mailed, you should receive them within a reasonable amount of time, generally 7 to 10 days. If you do not, please contact the Pioneer Center box office – no later than by 5pm on the day of for a weekday performance or 4pm on a Saturday for a Saturday or Sunday performance to insure proper attention.
3. If your tickets are to be “held at will call”, they will be at the venue box office at the time of performance. The box office is usually open no later than 2 hours before curtain time. It would be helpful if you can arrive early to allow for parking and to avoid the last minute rush.
4. You must have a photo ID in order to pick up your tickets at will call. To pick up tickets at will call a valid ID with information matching the ticket purchase agreement and the original C.C. used for the purchase must be presented. For ticket purchases outside of Northern Nevada or Northern California you must have with you a copy of your order confirmation sent by e-mail from Ticketsage.
